Once you download geoProspector, double-click on the geoProspector.esriAddinX file to run the Esri ArcGIS Add-in Installation Utility.
If you download geoProspector for Individuals is called "geoProspector.esriAddinX". geoProspector for Organizations the add-in is called "geoProspectorforOrganizations.esriAddinx". These are the same file and only named differently due to ArcGIS Online. Either file will work regardless of licensing model.
Click the Install Add-In button on the Esri ArcGIS Add-In Installation Utility.
Click OK. Start, or restart, ArcGIS Pro.
